Cultivating Acceptance & Peace: And Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation


Based on the empirically proven and documented work of Jon Kabat-Zinn founding Executive Director of the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts and author of Full Catastrophe Living and Wherever You Go There You Are, this series is a journey of learning and practicing mindfulness, experiencing the profound effect of greater calm, patience, acceptance and reduction of stress symptoms it can bring. You must attend 3 of these classes with me and observe a regular meditation practice (sitting for 15 minutes at least 3 days/week for 3 months) before attending the ongoing classes for more experienced meditators

One Sunday/ month 3:30 to 4:30 (please see dates on meditation class page)
