Week 2: Self-care strategies and discussion
Week 3: Dealing with feelings: how to manage without falling apart or boiling over
Week 4: How to best support your children while taking care of yourself
Week 5: Adjusting to the changes
Week 6: Exploring and discussing life after the divorce

Cost: $240 per group series if paid up all up front OR 3 payments of $90 paid 1)at time of registration 2) at first group session 3) at third group session
Application & Registration: Please fill out the form(s) below (one form for kids and one form for moms). We will email and/or call you to set up a 20 minute phone interview which will give you and us a chance to determine if the groups are a good fit for you and/or your child. If at the end of the phone call we both decide it’s a good fit, we will discuss payment and other details.
